How often should I renew my prescription?
When buying prescription glasses or contact lenses, you need to have a vision prescription. These are only valid for a certain amount of time, usually between 1 to 2 years after being issued. While Federal law says that the minimum is 1 year, but please note that state regulations are different, so the vision prescription can be valid for a longer time based on state laws.
However, we recommend you to test your eyes at least once a year.
